  • Do you attend or host any events?
    Yes! We attend some of the biggest shows in the UK and we also host our own events within the UK as well. If you'd like to attend a show with us then please pop us a message or see our events page within the Square Society Facebook Group
  • How do I know if my car is square enough?
    If you are unsure on whether your car is square enough, then please feel free to pop us a message on WhatsApp or Facebook and we'll let you know!
  • Can you tell me a bit more about Square Society?
    Square Society started in 2017 as a goal to creating a unified space for square car enthusiasts to meet and talk everything square! Since starting in 2017 we have built quite a reputation for ourselves and offer an extensive list of events for our members to attend as well as hosting our own events also. We pride ourselves in offering a very friendly and active community with strong ties to some of the biggest square car owner clubs in the world.   • Why was my application to join the club declined?
    We let people know if their application to join the Square Society Facebook group has been declined, if you request to join and then do not fill out the questions then you will automatically be declined withing 1 hour of submitting to join. If it has been declined then it will be based on how you have filled out your application, this can be down to not owning a square car, living outside of the UK or not agreeing to the terms & conditions (rules).
  • I would like to join the club
    If you're interested in joining the Square Society club then please visit our Facebook group by clicking the link below, there will be a few questions to fill out as standard (to make sure that you're not a spambot). We only allow members from within the UK & Ireland to join our club (it helps keep our community fresh and active)
  • Does my car have to be in showroom condition?
    Absolutely not! We're not about who has the fanciest mods or best-looking car, you can join regardless of whether your square is showroom finish or not. ​ Showroom definition: brand new-like, no scratches, immaculate, tidy, highly modified, sponsored etc. Also known as a trailer queen.
  • Do you provide international shipping?
    Yes! We offer 3 different shipping methods for all international customers (outside of the UK & Ireland). You can choose from International Economy, International Standard and International Tracked. International Economy This is selected at default at a flat rate of £4.95, your order will be aimed to be delivered within 15-80 business days International Standard This is our next step up from our International Economy option, charged at a flat rate of £7.95, your order will be aimed to be delivered within 7-14 business days International Tracked This is our premium shipping method that comes with a tracking number so that you can follow your order. Charged at a flat rate of £12.95, your order will be aimed to be delivered within 6-7 business days Please note that the delivery times stated are 'expected' delivery dates but may vary depending on your location
  • What is your return/refund policy?
    We can only accept returns/refunds to those that have selected the Tracked shipping options Our return policy varies depending on the item you have purchased. To view our returns/refund policy, please visit our policy page. To discuss a return/refund, please pop us a message on our WhatsApp account
  • How do I track my order?
    Orders are only available to track if you have selected any of our 'Tracked' shipping methods when at the checkout, the default shipping is our Standard Shipping (UK orders) option or International Economy which does not include a tracking capabilities.
