It's getting to that time of year again... SHOW SEASON!!!
Now that our annual Breakfast And Boxes: Season Opener is done and out of the way, we can now start to form the build-up for all of our club stands for this year's show season!
We are now officially 1 week away until JAPFEST 2023 and now, we can officially reveal our full line-up of squares that we're bringing to Japfest 2023 at Silverstone Circuit! This year we have teamed up with the Honda S-MX Owners Club, Honda Stepwagon Owners Club and Toyota bB UK to offer a place for these clubs to showcase their squares and what better place to showcase than on stand with the Square Society club, the UK's ultimate square car club!
Japfest 2023 is already shaping up to be an extremely busy event with it selling out of vehicle passes for the first time ever and with less than 100 spectator/public tickets left, it's bound to be one hell of a show! In total we are brining 16 square cars to Japfest, which is now officially our biggest stand EVER! (And this year has only just started! Wait until you see our Jap Show line-up!!), anyway, here's our line-up for Japfest:

Most certainly an impressive square start to our 2023 show season!
The next question is, what else will we be bringing to the shows this year? 😉
Note to our club stand attendees:
We are still currently waiting for Kelsey Publishing/Japfest to send out the Vehicle/Club Passes along with the club map for this year's Japfest (expect the club map announcement to be made very soon!), without a doubt they should pop everyone an email once they're available to download (you'll be able to download them from the Japfest website, where you brought your tickets from) but if not, we'll let everyone know when they're available as we're currently checking daily.
ENTRY TICKETS
Your tickets are ready to download, just click the Your Tickets tab on the left. You can then download and save your tickets ready to be checked when you enter the show. These can either be printed or shown on a mobile device.
VEHICLE/CLUB PASSES
Club Vehicle Passes are NOW AVIALABLE to DOWNLOAD
Once these are made available, you are REQUIRED to print and cut out your pass and display it in your windscreen at all times. If you need to update your registration, you can edit your order by visiting the Japfest website, logging in and then select Your Orders, then the pencil icon. Once you've saved the details, you can redownload your pass and it will show the updated details. Your vehicle pass will allow entry for your vehicle only. Each person in the vehicle will need a valid entry ticket. NO gate tickets will be available to purchase on the day.
Our club stand will be located in Area 21 (right next to the trade village) so make sure to come on down and see our variety of squares on show!
CLUB INFORMATION DOCUMENT

pre-meet & convoy details
We'll be meeting at our usual spot for Japfest, we'll be meeting at Cherwell Valley Services (Moto Cherwell Valley, M40 Junction 10, Northampton Road, Ardley, Bicester, OX27 7RD) as it's not too far from Silverstone and give us plenty of time to have a cheeky convoy to the event (there are also micro-convoys arranged by other members that are coming to the event with us, please check out the Square Society community page for more info).
We will be meeting at Cherwell Valley Services from 6:50am with intentions of leaving the services around 7:30am (that way it gives people plenty of time to stretch those legs, have a breather and even grab some brekkie if be). Once we leave, we'll encounter a short 25-minute drive/convoy/cruise up to Silverstone.
NOTE: Please be aware that we are more than 100% going to encounter heavy amounts of traffic!
STICKERS
Yes, we will have stickers available on our club stand! We'll be bringing all of our stickers we've got with us, some come on down and speak to our club founder Phil (in the white Nissan Cube Rider) and he'll sort you out with some Square Society stickers at hugely discounted price!
NOT ON OUR STAND?
Our admins will be out spotting all squares of shapes and sizes during Japfest so make sure to look out for one of our flyers, we'll kindly grab a couple of snaps of your square and we'll leave you one of our flyers (depending on who's spotted you!) on your windscreen. If you've been "spotted" then make sure to look out on our socials for your pic!
We've also got our club photographer Adam attending in his Materia as well and will be snapping pics of our us and our stand (as well as the other cars at the show), so make sure to get those squares all dolled-up! He'll have his coverage up on his Instagram page (geared_up_photography) as well as on the Square Society socials also!
