A legal disclaimer
If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving it. We will cover the return costs if the error is on our part. Please contact us via WhatsApp (click here) with a proof of purchase and a photo of the product. We will review your claim and issue a refund or a replacement if approved.
Wrong Address
If the courier cannot deliver your order because of an incomplete or incorrect address, your order will be sent back to our facility. You will have to pay for the reshipment costs if you want us to resend your order. Please make sure to provide us with a valid and complete address when you place your order.
Unclaimed
If you do not pick up your order from the carrier or the delivery point, your order will be returned to our facility. You will have to pay for the reshipment costs if you want us to resend your order. Please track your order and collect it on time.
If you require to return your order or would like to exchange your order, then please get in contact with us via WhatsApp.
We do not accept returns or refunds for products that you change your mind about after purchasing. You are responsible for the costs and risks of returning or exchanging products, face masks, or sizes. If you want to return or exchange a product for your customers, you will have to place a new order with your own payment for a face mask or a product in a different size. Customers who want to cancel a purchase must contact us and express their intention to return the product within 7 days of receiving it, along with a photo of the product. We will evaluate the return request and check if the product was used or damaged, even partially. In these cases, we will not issue a refund.
For EU customers, please note that you may not have the right to withdraw from a purchase according to Article 16© and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights. This applies to products that are custom-made, personalized, or sealed for health or hygiene reasons and that you opened after delivery. Square Society has the right to reject any returns at our sole discretion.
